On 3 July 2002 I worked XU7ACH on 15 meter SSB. He told me his manager was JI5CRO. I have not been able to find the JI5CRO address in any database I know of, and he is not in the JARL Callbook so I don't believe he is allowed to receive cards through the JARL Bureau. Does anyone have information about XU7ACH or JI5CRO? 73, Fred, K3ZO
