At the time I worked him last April, PZ5RA was using a mail drop in the
Netherlands. I don't recall what it was offhand, but my log shows that this
was the address listed in QRZ.COM, so try that. My notes don't indicate if
I sent USD or IRC (I think I sent IRC's) but I did get a card back in about
2-3 months.
