[Dx-qsl] Incorrectly stamped IRC's...

Hi all!

I have four old style IRC's, collected during past few years, which are 
incorrectly stamped (in the right corner). Three of them are from USA and 
one from Japan and I would like to hear about your experiences of 
exchanging those in their country of origin. I mean, would USPS (Japan 
Post) in the city X accept IRC which is incorrectly stamped in the city Y 
while whole selling/exchange transaction is staying within the same postal 
company?
