[Dx-qsl] A bit off the subject ..... Help !!!

I am looking for a route/destination for some donated medical supplies
that I am trying to get to Zagreb for the Children's Hospital there. We
have been contacted for assistance through personal channels.  I need to
make sure the route is secure against theft.  Can someone help me out
with this, or direct me to a group or site that can assist.  We've had
six cases of IV tubing, etc..returned by the USPO. (some missing)  

This is the last posting here for this request. (Sorry for the bandwidth)
 I have a physician's name at the hospital in Zagreb, but she is at a
loss also for a secure route.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.  The
kids and doctors, and I will be grateful for your help. I'd be glad to
contact anyone there via amateur radio, or LL, and to setup some kind of
over-the-air introduction for both sides of the QSO.
