I worked LZ=D8A on 1999-02-08 and sent a card and GS on 1999-02-10.  I =
never received a reply and even followed up with a buro card.  Luckily I =
worked HF=D8POL in 2000 and that eliminated the need for LZ=D8A.

I would say forget about trying to get a card from LZ=D8A unless you can =
afford to lose alot of money. =20
