[Dx-qsl] Proper protocol for SWL cards?

Hi Gary....Well This is how I do it...but there may be different 
approaches...but this one seems to work well for me...

I print out a label in the following format..

To SWL: _____________ Confirming My_____(mode)
Contact With________On______MHz
Date:_dd/mm/yr________ Time__________(Z)
