[Dx-qsl] Successful route for FT5YG needed

I tried for a  QSO in 1999 withFT5YG via F5LBL

F-30800 Saint-Gilles

After 24 months nothing received, so I tried f5lbl@wanadoo.fr. But it bounced.
Does anyone have a better successfull route.
