[Dx-qsl] YS1/N4BP

Hi gang

I was delighted to have worked this guy on 10 metres CW a few days ago, 
having needed YS on 10 for 20 years.  I asked him the QSL route, but he 
didn't reply.

The usual sources of info don't list him

A note to his e-mail address on Buckmaster bounced and although I can 
find plenty of spots on the Cluster for him, there's no mention of a QSL 
route.

Is this a lost cause, or does anyone have any suggestions (polite ones, 
please!)
