[Dx-qsl] New Year Surprise!

Some time ago I complained about not getting UA2BD, YL1XX and Z2/DK2SC, all
from 1997. Well today's mail brought UA2BD on 80 meters! I sent SASE with
Russian stamps, and this time it got through. Now I'm waiting for YL1XX to
perform a miracle. I've consigned Z2/DK2SC to the 'abandon all hope'
category. And speaking of outstanding QSLs, we're approaching the first
anniversary of the PW0T operation, and I still don't have my cards!
