Hi Shelby...
YOU of course are correct.. but you should have seen the mess we inherited
... NOW 22 of the 26 letters have a search engine where the user can go and
look up their status .. The other four have their email address on the
webpage and USUALLY answer email requests within 2 days...
Check it out...LOTS of effort by ALL..
NO OTHER BUREAU HAS all that ....
Ain't no brag ... just a fact...
