[Dx-qsl] Incoming Bueau

I can respond to one part of this message. I sort for the 5th Area Incoming Bureau, and I do not get paid. So far as I know the only paid personnel in the entire ARRL Bureau system are Martin Cook, N1OFC, and his assistant. Both work for the ARRL in Newington.
