I have to agree. I was lucky with K1B.Got mine direct from
RZ3AA..AOK.But, I have sent to many to mention to Russian PO for other
cards and never got anything.Forever getting Georgia  and Moldovia.I
guess they have Roman to volunteer to handle qsl cards, so need for
anyone else.Lot of work into a dxpedition and I dont think they wanted to
create this situation, but lots of people being left out.
The registered mail worked with 5 other hams for 5A1A couple years ago
with me.Came back in about 3 months via one of the US hams.Maybe
something to look into.   John
