As a ham residing in the 8th call area I think WT8S and K9ALP are both be
commended.
I used to hold the call KB8O and since K9ALP has taken over the "O" group
we have
communicated via email and I have received one large batch and another is
on the way.
I have made sure I have envelopes and extra stamps and/or money available
in the event
postage on the envelopes is a little shy.
Now that I hold K8SIX I have WT8S as the "S" manager and he also does a
commendable
job. I also make sure he has envelopes and extras available in case they
are needed.
I am not by any means advertising for WF5E but I have great success with
his services. I
think he gets cards I would have a tough time getting direct. I do not send
them all through
him but if it is a band country or going to a country that's tough to get
mail into I send it
through him. Les does a great job as well. Do I get 100% return through
that service ?
No, but I doubt anybody else could do better.
Just my 2 cents worth. If your manager has email I suggest you get in touch
with him and
find the status of your envelopes, and ask if any cards have arrived. Our
managers here
are quick to respond and do a GREAT job.
