You should have seen something back by now, but you didn't mention which
countries were involved and many buros are very slow. The incoming
bureau at Newington sends cards to the 10 incoming local bureaus monthly
and cleans out everything, so the problem isn't there. The district
incoming bureaus send everything out after preliminary sorting to the 26
letter sorters and the sorters distribute cards when enough have been
accumulated. Ten cards on file is a good starting point to ship cards,
but I try to get them out when someone has about 6-7 unless he has
indicated he wants them held for a larger shipment. If your card sorter
has nothing on file, then he really has nothing on file and the problem
is not at the US end.

Shortly after I supplied the 7th call area incoming bureau with funds for postage and envelops per one of the plans they have set up. I have yet to receive a single card from the bureau. I wrote to the incoming bureau requesting information on my account, i.e. checking correct address, amount they show on my account, and included an sase for them to send the answer back to me. Per the web site I should allow 45 days for an answer. That was almost 4 months ago. I know that my outgoing cards went out because I have since worked a station I worked before and had sent a card to through the bureau and he thanked me for the QSL card. Am I by myself in this or are others having problems getting the incoming bureaus to respond to them.
