[Dx-qsl] VP2VW QSL arrived and YV-QSLs via the bureau

Two big surprises today:
In Oct 2000 W4RM informed that he has only logs from VP2VW until 30.June 1999.
Nevertheless I sent a SASE to W4RM on 12. Oct 2000.
The email-address w4rm@erols.com which had worked in October 2000 failed in 
May 2001 and May 2002 when I tried to investigate the chance to receive a 
VP2VW-QSL by W4RM
On 15 May 2001 I sent direct to Box B in Road Town, Tortolla, British Virgin 
Islands my request.
But it took nearly another two years when my old SASE, now added with another 
20c-stamp by the sender, arrived with the VP2VW-QSL. The letter was posted in 
Centerville, VA which is 15 miles from the QTH of W4RM which is listed in the 
RAC, so I guess my thanks have to go to Bill, W4RM.

Another surprise were the 8 QSLs from YV-land via the bureau. It seems that 
at least after 1998 outgoing QSL get an date-stamp from the YV-QSL-bureau. So 
I could see, that only every four years a parcel from the YV-QSL-bureau goes 
to the ZS-QSL-bureau. The QSLs showed date stamps from 1998, 1999, 2000 and 
2001 and the newest QSL was from a contact made in March 2002. So at least I 
know that QSL via the bureau works from YV-land.
