[Dx-qsl] Help With Cards From India!

Hi George,
The only one I have worked is VU2WAP and received cards from him on two occasions confirming
10/15/20/40m SSB contacts.
Sent my cards with two IRC's on each occasion. Cards from VU2WAP can take between 6 and 9 months.
On both occasions received card had envelope unsealed, flap tucked inside envelope with card
stapled to bottom left of envelope.
