Hi Ragnar

Please tell me a country in South/Central America (beside Argentina),
a country in Asia (beside Japan) and a country in Africa (any)
where a USD is not enough to buy a stamp for a 20g letter to Europe?
And if you find one? Or a few? Does that prove anything against of
what I said?
