[Dx-qsl] XV9DT follow up

Hello,

Like I said in my email "Qsl Buro" one of my club members got this card via
Buro.
I called him and he told me that he send the card direct with 2 irc's to the
dutch address on qrz.com.

QSL: DIRECT ONLY (XV9DT has no connection to any QSL bureau) ?????

Strange if he has no connection with any buro who's sending them ??

So I guess if you pay via his site 3$50 or 2 Irc's you should get it direct
and NOT via Buro !

Ok I know why complain my friend got his card anyway !

Well I guess anything goes these days.
