According to a quick Pathfinder search, K4UTE shows DL5AXX as the manager
for CS6V.

A Google search found the NG3K Contest Activities announcement which shows
the operators for CS6V (M/2 class) as DL4LQM DL5AXX DL5LYM & DL8WAA.
