Hi Dick,
I had my last lot done by Star QSLs, and I'm somewhat underwhelmed with 
them and could not recommend Star as an alternate source of cards to you. 
The colours were very muted (compared even to what I get off an inkjet and 
from the same photo offset-printed as my book cover) and the cards curl 
heavily after about 6 months in my third-floor NYC apartment.

I've seen cards from Octavia, ELLI and QSL Shop that look amazingly good 
and I would not hesitate to go with cards from any of these companies.

Check these reviews on e-Ham for some good suggestions.
