[Dx-qsl] Two timer

I'd give the address for the Italian Club...please.....  I have SEVERAL
QSL's/QSO's in the midst, and would like the most expeditious route.  If
they don't do their jobs, evidently they don't like attention paid to it.
 I answer my (Dave Heil's) QSL's in 2 weeks (direct) maximum.  Buro's go
out twice a year normally.   Why does it take 2-3 years for them???
