Roger that, Don. Don't forget KH7 for Kure. I'd have to look way back
in my records but I think the USCG LORAN stations on Marcus and Iwo
Jima were KA6 calls. I have worked from all the USCG LORAN stas in
the Pacific and Asia while on the ground while resupplying them with
USCG C-130's. Yap and Palau (also USCG LORAN stas) were KC6 then.
The USCG LORAN Sta near Johnson Isld was actually on a smaller island
offshore from Johnson on Sand Isld. The USCG LORAN crew would go to
Johnson for R&R.
Also, Don't forget KZ5 for the old canal zone.
