Well, after giving up on IK0FVC as the manager for operations from 1A0KM int
1998 and 2000, I went direct to the Italian Radio Club and asked for help.
Within a month I received the cards for all 4 contacts (2 SSB - 2 CW). So of
course, today I received QSLs from the manager for all 4 contacts. Only took
4 years and 6 months for one QSO and 2 years 6 months for the other 3. Never
give up. Now If I could just get the JD1(O) confirmed I will be all caught
up, countrywise. Turned in the first 122 cards yesterday at Richmond Va.
Hamfest, and had 701AA bounced on me. Seems there is no indication printed
on the card, as to the name of the country. Nice color card with a Hawk,
sitting on top of a staff of some kind. Has anyone received a card from them
for 1990 contacts, and was it accepted by DXCC? I am supposed to send it on
to HQs and let them make a decision on that one.
