[Dx-qsl] woo hoo! a new band-country confirmed

received my card direct from k4af in north carolina (no manager involved in 
this one! and no green stamp/irc debate either).  so what?  it's only the 
USA.  it's my first country confirmed on 160.  counts just as much as a vu4.  
with about 1500 band countries, it sometimes takes a little something to get 
my attention.  i remember talking to bob white one time and he mentioned how 
many guys (especially stateside) forget to send in their own country for 
dxcc.

in the just passed 160 contest, i had 2 contacts, using my 80m dipole with 4 
to 1 swr.  both 'new ones' for me (ve was the other one).

hmmm, how much wire do i need for a 160 antenna??
