The IOTA checkpoints still have a lot of discretion on IOTA cards where the 
qso was made as far back as 1995. That was long before the much more recent 
rule that states that qsl cards from 1-1-2001 must contain the island name.

I'd just send it in to your IOTA Checkpoint or ask him/her if you like. The 
checkpoints have "seen them all" and they know which ones count and which 
ones don't.
