Hi Casey,

NA-160 is the Cortes/Atlantida Dept Group.  If the QSL card doesn't
contain any IOTA information, then I doubt that it will be accepted
for IOTA credit.  According to the IOTA Directory, "...must include
the name of a qualifying island named in the Directory on their QSL
card if it is to count for IOTA."
