[Dx-qsl] DK6CW problem ?

DK6CW has been given as QSL adress for several Eastern Europe stations.
However, there seems to be a problem.

Today I recievd 2 cards 4L3Y and EK3AA  returned via the buro
stamped  SILENT KEY.

I assume it is DK6CW who is SK.  As recently as this months issue of
FUNKAMATEUR  has DK 6CW listed as adress for several stations.  Perhaps one of
our German friends could enlighten us ?
