Can I input information that ANY person living in this century can
understand????  

The days of using (recycling) used stamps is OVER.  If the Postal
authorities can OCR scan, then reused stamps will stand out like a sore
thumb from any number of angles...color, texture, thickness, etc...  I
quit doing this garbage back in the 60's when a couple got kicked
back....

I've only had one get through that I know of to me for a "Dave" QSL, but
the whole envelope was soooo messed up that it would've passed muster
anyway.  Play fair, and you'll get the card without spending more time on
doctoring the envelope than you would in just sending it the correct way
the first time.
