[Dx-qsl] VE3HO QSLing policy

Actually, I need to apologize for not reading Garth's comments carefully
enough.

He WILL accept Canadian postage with an SAE. Just DON'T attach it to the
envelope; he'll do that himself. That way he can verify that the stamps are
not reused.

(To be honest, tho, for me, it's just easier to send him a buck!)

Ron, I'm not sure how the VE postal system works, but I've had a few
instances where our postal system rejects such envelopes....if it is obvious
that they're reused stamps.....even though uncancelled, but where they can
see the glue, or i've had one returned where the stamp was cut off an
envelope and glued (with the old envelope showing along the cut lines.

In defense of Garth.....this is a low paying job, and having to deal with
this kinda stuff really grates on ones nerves....In these cases, I've had to
wait in lines at windows to pick up the envelope.....time that could be
better spent working cards.

What is EVEN WORSE, are the few that put stamps in totally wrong places on
the envelope..with the hope that the postal system won't cancel the stamp.
There are a few 'obvious' users of this system.......and I've had those come
back...so I know how to deal with them now...HI
