[Dx-qsl] THANKS: CE0ZIS - qsling experience?

Thanks to everybody who replied... Seems that it is working fairly well 
with him. Only 1 reply (out of 9 or 10) stated that he did not receive a card.

IRCs or USD are working both. Also found Eliazars email address on qrz.com. 
He replied very fast. He confirmend the above.
