All the CO2OJ and CL9C cards received via the buro went out to the ARRL Outgoing Bureau on 12/24/2003 and I rec'd my card back that they were rec'd. I always send a prepaid card for them to send back so I at least know they made it that far. :) So as of 12/31/2003 all qsl requests have been answered.
