[Dx-qsl] UA4WAE Mailing Address ??

Greetings All,

  Still trying to figure out a valid mailing or email address for UA4WAE.
His address is listed as both Ecuador and as Russia. I have seen his email
addr listed as ua4wae@qsl.net and rafalsky@yahoo.com , both of which bounce.
Anyone have any known current info or am I wasting my time ( & gs )
regardless of the address
