[Dx-qsl] TO4E Logs

So we arent bashing the ARRL, great... now who do I blame for not being able 
to work T04E?
I wasn�t at my QTH...& somebody has to pay the price...
My best guess is that its the ARRl�s fault... they are responsible ..down 
with the ARRL...
Thats the National pastime on this reflector...down with their heads!!
