I agree the DXpeditions need the direct QSO's for contribution but a log
search on LOTW...well, that would make a hell of a lot of people sign in to
LOTW...especially those that do not want to!!! They could still get direct
QSL's two...Just my two cents....

I doubt that very much. I don't think the ARRL is trying to force-feed
LOTW. The dxpeditions need direct QSLing in order to get contributions to
defray operation costs. I don't think you will see any significant
DXpeditions going early on to LOTW. Maybe after a year or so.
