[Dx-qsl] ST0/PA3CXC saga...

Well I can't believe I am admitting this but it turns out I don't need this
card after all.

It turns out I worked ST0/PA3CXC in 1993 and received the card. At the
time it counted for ST0 which is now a deleted country.

Can you see where I am going with this ? :) :)

  In 1997 I worked ST0/PA3CXC again on two different bands. My logging
program entered it as ST0 which is a deleted country at this point. It
became deleted on 12/31/94 so these two contacts should actually have
been logged as ST.

With that in mind I checked the logs and the only band I need ST on is 160.

Bottom line is I do not need them so it is a mute issue. :)
