[Dx-qsl] J49Z via IK8UND & "NO QSL NO QSO"

Hi,

in the CQ WW SSB 2002 I have worked J49Z via IK8UND on several bands.
Sent my QSL, SAE and one greenstamp to Salv, IK8UND and have not
received any card until now. About one months ago I have sent an
eMail to IK8UND asking for my card (one year gone!). He responded,
he will check it out and let me know. Nothing, no eMail, no card
until now! I know, a few HAM's have received their cards, but many
don't!

In the last CQ WW CW I heard a station responding to the CQ's of
W3LPL with "NO QSL NO QSO". Hmmm .. maybe I should think about it?
