[Dx-qsl] TL8CK via F6EWM

TL8CK sent on December 11, 2002 with SAE + IRC
for a 12M QSO.  After no reply had a friend in France
contact F6EWM this fall and finally obtained a QSL
card.  And then would you believe another card
arrived in the mail on November 18 in my SAE.
Maybe this is supposed to help compensate for
those delinquent managers who don't QSL or answer
e-mails.
