[Dx-qsl] New IRCs (unstamped) for sale

I've got about 200 of the NEW version IRCS, however, they have not been stamped AT ALL.   They are valid, per the writing on the IRC, which indicates that the stamp is 'optional'.

I've got a place to get rid of these, rahter than take to the Post office...but thought I'd see if any hams wanted any of them before I ship them off.  I'll sell them for 1.00 each shipped.
