Hello,

JA1LZR, Joe, asked me to distribute the information for the follows
to this list.

(1) HB0/HB9LEY
     The QSL manager used to be JH1BSE, but he had been SK.
     Please do not send any QSL requests for the HB0 station
     including HB0/HB9LEY to him.
     JA1LZR is the current QSL manager only for HB0/HB9LEY.

(2) VP2V/N2AIR
     JA1LZR, Joe, has already finished replying the QSL requests
     for the VP2V/N2AIR operation in 1984, and he will never
     answer the requests any more.
