In June I inquired about acceptance for DXCC of YI1BGD for operations =
last November (2002).  I then received a note from OM2DX that he was in =
Bagdad getting the documentation and it would be submitted shortly.

I now have word from the DXCC desk that YI1BGD COUNTS up and until the =
beginning of the war, Mar 19, 2003 and credit was issued for my =
contact..
