[Dx-qsl] HV0A and HV4NAC

Hello everybody,

Name here is Mauricio,HK3LGO.I am in need of a couple
of qsls to confirm HV0A or HV4NAC.I have tried by
several means to get these qsls but until today
nothing has come in my mail.Has any body on this ever
received qsls from IK0FVC? If so did you use
registered mail? Does anybody have this e-mail
address?
I have sent these qsls several times but to no avail.I
would like to confirm, at least, if I'm in the log or
if he has ever received my qsls.
I would greatly appreciate if someone that knows
Francesco or his e-mail could help me in this endeavor
or al least tell me how to qsl him, as it would be my
295th confirmed country.
