Dear Eduardo,
I never intended to "speak bad" of yourself or your manager.  I was merely
stating the facts of my attempts to get your qsl, especially the one for 6
meters.

The facts are that I have sent two cards direct to your manager, both with
SASE and greenstamps.  A friend in the UK has sent my card direct to you in
Cuba with SASE to the UK.  Also a friend in Spain has tried without success
to contact your manager, who he knows personally.  None of these attempts
have been successful.

I am pleased to learn from replies to my DX QSL inquiry that all but one of
the several who replied have received your QSL, so I continue to hope that I
will also be one of the lucky ones.

I appreciate your concern and your intent to be serious about your operating
and qsl habits, and I am aware that there may be some postal problems which
are beyond your control.
