LotW will serve for the ARRL award programs.

The www.eqsl.cc system is up and running w/o problems.  Why not upload your ADIF
logbook file and see what happens. The only date restrictions imposed by
eQSL.cc  would be the range of dates for the term of your registered callsign.
It is best to become Authenticity Guaranteed certified, too.  (See:
