all the comments are right on.  one that really burns me is a qsl that has
the call sign on one side and the qso information on the other.  sure slows
things down.  virtually all JA and EU double side cards have the call sign
on both sides.  more common problem with stateside folks.

amazing how many folks send me envelopes from stateside with 80 cent stamps!
last time I checked it made no difference what postage was used above the
required amount which typically is 37 cents nowadays.

also lots of folks seem to like to use the heavy manilla envelopes for
stateside qsls.  not necessary.

also amazing how many folks have problems converting local date/time to UTC.
