I worked him on 4 bands CW in February 1998 and he said me that a QSL route
is via F5OYM. My direct request dated 30 June 1999 with SAE and 2 green
stamps is unaswered till now. Fortunately I have J2 confirmed on all bands
between 40-10m and I do not expect his response any more.
