[Dx-qsl] Looking for vk0e

Hi Larry:

    If it was a CW QSO, I wonder if it was "4K0E" ?  Not sure how likely
that is, though, as although I had 3 QSOs with 4K0E in the late 1980s, there
are no spots for 2002 or 2003 on DX Summit.  It was a Soviet Antarctic
station I think...
