just received my card back that i sent to to 5R8EE via FR5EL.  address used 
is po box 87, le tampon, la reunion, f-87832, france.

returned with stamp "BOITE POSTALE RESILIEE".  

any help?  what does it mean?  anyone have better address?  received 5r8ee 
qsl?
