       qrz.com gives two addresses for UT7UA, the QSL manager
       for EM1U.
       One is his home QTH, the other is a box number.

       Before I send a card, where do you suggest I send it to?

       The mail to Ukraine and Belarus seems pretty good recently, but:-
       1. If you send to the box number, the box number has changed.
       2. If you send to the op's QTH, his QTH has changed.
       3. If both are the correct, the card doesn't get there.
