[Dx-qsl] Recd: V51AS

V51AS (and /A22) received in 30 days,
using business envelope, for 1 IRC. 

FYI.... this was my 3rd recent attempt to QSL Frank.
Mail to V5 seems even more dubious than most.
My first attempt (last year) was using a standard 
"Plum" airmail envelope set. No reply received.
My 2nd (early this year) was via Registered Mail.
No reply received.

On the cards I mentioned to Frank "hope this
gets to you, this is my 3rd attempt". He wrote back,
"this is my 2nd cfm". So apparently I lost 
one going in, and one coming out!

So my advice to the list is: make it look inconspicuous! :-)
