Hi George,
Don't know if the procedures have changed, as they very well
could have, but while I was in Geneva [93-96], when over to the
ITU HQS several times and the policy seemed to be in force that
'guests' could operate the station 4U1ITU, and if during specific
contests, there would be a record held at the station and the
guest[s] could take a copy. As there were many 'visitors/guests'
I think at one time all you did was send your QSL to Geneva and
they would take care of it. And as the GOLIST shows - 'All contacts
to the Club Station there @ ITU HQS' Good luck.
